Leaner. Meaner. Weirder.Skinny Jeans & Summer Screams is a supplement for Public Access. It contains:
New Mysteries! 5 strange and spine-tingling investigations that take the Deep Lake Latchkeys to dangerous new locales. New Tapes! 5 mysterious artifacts of Channel 94, ranging from the unsettling to outright unnatural. Purple clamshells not included. New Rules! The “Skinny Jeans” ruleset tightens the base game, putting a stronger emphasis on its core themes and ideas while also centralizing the TV Odyssey mystery, refocusing the overall campaign into a more terrifying experience. BONUS! The Original Public Access Before TV Odyssey—indeed, before even the Whateleys, the Big Man, Deep Lake or its Great Hungers—there was a small game about a group of people watching a tape. The original 2014 version of Public Access came in at 7 pages, designed for 3-5 players, and is quite different from what the game ended up becoming. But in a way, it's not so different. As a bit of fun, and to honor the game's history, we’ve included the original version for all to see. |
