Awesome! I have read all of Uncharted Worlds and it is pretty open-ended. The special ingredient is the choice of a character's Origin and two Careers to define your "vocabulary" of Moves. By choosing your character type this way, you pretty much end up with the type of capabilities you want to play, with a not to the more involved character-generation and choices of Traveller. The cover-art hints at a wide variety of characters, from the explorer/survival/wilderness type all the way to the nattily dressed, suave urban operative bristling with the latest high-tech gadgetry. There is some small resemblance to Traveller in PbtA's 2d6 rolls with adds, but after that things get more qualitative. Numbers that you would expect to deal with in a regular game such as health and Damage and amount of money are replaced by qualitative levels and the concepts of Debt to discharge. For those unfamiliar with PbtA games, Sean did a good job of defining the rules and Moves. The game site offers downloads of character sheets enhanced with game rules, a few pre-generated character types, and a ship sheet to help your game.
