Against the Vampire Conspiracy: Finding Throndal (Session 3 of 4) Alun R. runs for Anders, Puckett, Sabine V., and Will H With the Briefing for the Operation complete, the team have to decide whether they want to reach Throndal's subterranean vault through the front door, the back door, or via some abandoned tunnels; and whether to go during the work day or not. Antony and Timothy aim to get straight into sub-level 5 through the old mine-workings but discover another Throndal crest and another whisper in the dark. Meanwhile, Dylan and Mia stage a local power cut and then con their way in through the back door to fix it. There's a misunderstanding that Dylan exploits while Mia aims for a convincing level of surprise and then indignation; Timothy is asked for spiritual help while Anton harnesses the Darkness to provide it. Then...bullet time; a super-villain scale vault; frenzy in an elevator; and the toughest hack Mia has ever tried...and an explosion... Ex-Capes (Issue 13) Jim Likes Games runs for Bethany H., Bryan, Chris Newton, and Matthew Arcilla The Ex-Capes take on the psychic fear contagion code-named Hearsay and track down the Apocalypse Vestiges. Delta Green: Divergence (Session 4) Lowell Francis runs for Alun R., Horst Wurst, and Will H Our agents deal with home life and agencies with new priorities under the Trump Administration, before being sent to Kansas City to track down a potentially supernatural serial killer. Dungeons & Dragons 5E: Ravnica: Labyrinth of Mirrors (Session 3) Lowell Francis runs for Jim Likes Games, Joe F, Joel N., and Tim Leitner Our heroes continue to run down Vek's activities and end up travelling out to the Rubblebelt to find an assassin who escaped them last time. Against the Vampire Conspiracy: Finding Throndal (Session 4 of 4) Alun R. runs for Anders, Puckett, Sabine V., and Will H They know where the Throndal monster is; and they have the leverage they need...so Dylan visits its hunting lodge...alone. Meanwhile, Mia loads a van with (a lot of) C4, while Timothy and Anton move into position at Location X with their sights on Location Y. There's a convincing lie about a planned ambush that Throndal can forestall...if only he gets to Location Y...NOW! His thrall bodyguard fails to see what's coming and his protection squad deploy perfectly into the path of a speeding van. Then...the pre-dawn filled with the smell of burning petrol, and flying lead, as Conspiracy pawns are torn to shreds; a thrall faced with diverse threats and unable to focus on one of them; and a vampire confused by what is happening as an invocation binds it to the place it will reach the end of 200 years of un-life with a warning 'Now she will succeed. No one will be able to stop her now!'... Gauntlet Quarterly Fate of the Faerie Queen (Session 4 of 10) Shane runs for José Feito, Kyle H., Lowell Francis, and Matthew Doughty After a meeting with Baba Yaga, the characters return to the Catskills for a climactic battle with Alexander Koschei and his fairy servant, but find that if they don't destroy the Gingerbread Church quickly enough, they will become trapped in the realm of Faerie. Star Wars Saturday Apocalypse World Burned Over (Session 4) Rich Rogers runs for Alun R., Anders, and Bethany H. Under new ownership - one Mos Shuuta. Riots...on the horizon. Majordomo position for Bib Fortuna filled. Unless they died in the freighter crash. Stars in the Dark (Session 15) Anders runs for Marc Majcher, Mark (they/them), Rich Rogers, and Steven Watkins Rebel Rescue! - The players take their scoundrels to the skies in an attempt to rescue the Rebel leader Maxa Noss from a prison transport shuttle! Silent Falls Monsterhearts 2 (Session 4 of 5) Donogh runs for José Feito, Mark, Max, and Steven S. The school is holding a memorial service for Alice, but it seems over-the-top to her truest friends. When rumours begin to spill of what went on at the party, things really start to heat up. That night, Julia brings the group to her cave, in an effort to communicate with Alice's ghost, and maybe even compel Bria to tell them what's really going on... Ex-Capes (Issue 10) Jim Likes Games runs for Bethany H., Bryan, and Chris Newton The Ex-Capes try to stop the Synergy Killer before they can strike again. Delta Green: Divergence (Session 2) Lowell Francis runs for Alun R., Horst Wurst, Paul Rivers, and Will H Still shaken from what they witnesses, the team works to figure out the source of this unnatural material. While Agents Williams and Oliver do legwork, Evans and Rajavi find themselves in a shoot-out at the accident site at 3AM. Delta Green: Divergence (Session 3) Lowell Francis runs for Alun R., Horst Wurst, Paul Rivers, and Will H The team dig deeper into the mystery of the Eternal Flesh, capturing two killers sent to track down a wayward cultist, which leads them to a farmhouse contaminated by a hypergeometric infection intended as a protection. Dungeons & Dragons 5E: Ravnica: Labyrinth of Mirrors (Session 2) Lowell Francis runs for Jim Likes Games, Joe F, Joel N., and Tim Leitner The group split up to search an apartment block, looking for a street thief currently targeted by Tythois Vek and find themselves facing down The Widow Sales and her gang in a hallway melee. Against the Vampire Conspiracy: Finding Throndal (Session 2 of 4) Alun R. runs for Anders, Puckett, Sabine V., and Will H Having rescued the missing graduate student Rajesh Chaudry the team adopts a variety of approaches to discovering what he knows before putting him on a plane back to Stanford...where he can't stop telling people about 'what happened to me in Munich...' We learn a little more about the history the team members share and their relationships clarify on two separate road trips to Moravia where, as far back as you care to look, the first son of the Throndal dynasty is always named 'Simon'. There's a legal firm with a partner that Anton believes is a blood mage and Mia finds the firm's data system is 'hardened' and has a secure link to the parking garage next door. Meanwhile, Dylan's charm gets the team a plan of the building and its relationship to the extensive disused mine tunnels beneath the town. Finally, Timothy stakes out the building...and has a bad feeling about the 8th floor... Ex-Capes (Issue 11) Jim Likes Games runs for Bethany H., Bryan, Chris Newton, and Matthew Arcilla The Ex-Capes take on two new Plots: The The Apocalypse Remnants and Hearsay. Ex-Capes (Issue 12) Jim Likes Games runs for Bethany H., Chris Newton, and Matthew Arcilla The Ex-Capes investigate both Hearsay and the Apocalypse Remnants. Gauntlet Quarterly Godbound: Shattered Temples (Session 15) Lowell Francis runs for Dan Brown, Patrick Knowles, Sherri, and Tyler Lominack The young pantheon heads out to sea to confront the Storm Giant Pirates, but encounters along the way create tensions. Finally they face down one of the Hulks of the Corrupted Storm, as well as the animated body of a dead god and it's necromancer pilots whose purpose remains unknown. Fate of the Faerie Queen (Session 3 of 12) Shane runs for José Feito, Kyle H., and Matthew Doughty As they plot to undermine the potency of the gingerbread church, the characters unexpectedly encounter the fey-aligned mob boss Alexander Koschei himself. Old School Essentials: Against the Slavers (Session 3 of 12) Mike Ferdinando runs for Ben, Jim Likes Games, Joe F, and Tim Leitner "Slave Pits of the Undercity" part 3. The wizard Zalalaz, acrobat Topaz, warrior Kaf, and halfling cleric/thief Clintoch delve into the dungeons below the slavers' fortress in Highport. They rescue captive dwarf Bah'Run, who joins their party. Delving through the sewers, they discover what is likely the slave lord's secret escape route, which they follow to his sanctum! Star Wars Saturday Apocalypse World Burned Over (Session 3) Rich Rogers runs for Alun R., Anders, and Bethany H. Who knew a cortex bomb could be...cute? And the Chekhov's gun is fired. Stars in the Dark (Session 15) Anders runs for Marc Majcher, Mark (they/them), Rich Rogers, and Steven Watkins The Wake - Gambling, drugs, and a lovers' quarrel surrounds the wake for a fallen member of the gang. Bounty of the Week: For a Few Creds More (Session 3) Will H runs for Anders, Chet, Rich Rogers, and Sabine V. The Bright Beauty spends some time on their base of operations, chasing down leads on their personal drives and digging into their prospective bounties. They settle on hunting down an Imperial Moff with a predilection for tomb raiding and cultural theft, tracking him to a dig site on the forest planet of Ashas Ree. Surely, the stories about the ruins on Ashas Ree are just hokey superstition...right? Silent Falls Monsterhearts 2 (Session 3 of 5) Donogh runs for José Feito, Mark, Max, and Steven S. Maria hosts the party to end all parties! Dakota grabs Bay, and the fun he has along the way is a bonus to making Jack jealous. Jack's inability to deal sends him running off into the deep dark woods despite Julia's warnings, where he encounters something unexpected. Meanwhile Evan wastes no time in pursuing Maria, to help Bria's schemes to come to fruition... They realise the danger may be worse than they feared when they discover the condition of some of his victims. Old School Essentials: Against the Slavers (Session 2 of 12) Mike Ferdinando runs for Jim Likes Games, Joe F, and Tim Leitner "Slave Pits of the Undercity" part 2. The wizard Zalalaz, acrobat Topaz, warrior Kaf, and halfling cleric/thief Clintoch continue their exploration of the slavers' base in ruined Highport. They tangle with a carnivorous plant, ensorcell some stablehands, and learn more about the layout of the place...including where the captives are being held: the dungeon level! There's a missing grad student who may know more about Count Throndal, a Munich sanitorium (with attached secure psychiatric hospital), and a basement interrogation cell. Then ... an 'emergency admission', a coat of arms prompts Timothy to trust his faith not his hacker, and chaos creates cover for an exfiltration...
