Morwenna the Pagan Mystic confirms there is evil in the old man caged behind the Prefect's Hall but neither she, nor Ceganos the Priest of God, are convinced he is a Demon...

The crew of the USS Antikythera split into a couple of Away Teams to work on the separate missions of acquiring the rare Vulcan narcotic that may save Commander Vo'Kel's life, and tracking the mysterious signal picked up by a dormant Borg neural interface. Meanwhile, things must be pretty bad if you're looking at pictures of Detroit.

Morwenna the Pagan Mystic is shaken by what she has sensed and runs to the forest in search of guidance while our Priest of God, having been bitten by 'the Demon', owes the Dark Old Gods a debt...and almost everything he tries has consequences. Though Aelfwyn the Saxon Revenant negotiates a way out of Danum, Gunjar the Hammer of the Gods is determined to make a fight of it...and then there's a haunted monastery...one character challenges a foe to discover a mentor, another makes an offer to the servants of a god not their own, and one is unnerved by bone chilling cold...
